Orders & Registration
How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website. Add the desired products to your shopping cart, enter your company details, and complete the checkout process. After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email.
Can I order without registering?
Registration is required for business (B2B) customers, as we need your company information for invoicing and tax purposes.

Can I pay by invoice with a payment term?
Yes, this is possible — but only after two successfully completed orders. After that, regular customers can pay by invoice with agreed payment terms.
Shipping & Pickup
Which shipping methods are available?
We deliver throughout Germany and EU countries via the following carriers: TNT, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. For large or pallet shipments, we may use a freight forwarder.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. For international or large-volume orders, delivery may take slightly longer.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
Yes, self-pickup is possible from our warehouse by prior arrangement. Please contact us to schedule the time and address for collection.
